What We Do
From arrival to departure
We’ve got the gifting covered
Some couples choose traditional keepsakes.
Others prefer modern, everyday objects.
We shape it around what feels right
For your wedding.
Welcome Bags or Hampers
A gift that expresses your delight at their presence. Presented to them as they enter the hotel or placed in their room.
Thoughtful, useful, and easy to carry — they are often the first detail your guests experience.
We curate welcome kits using pieces sourced across India — from nostalgic snacks and tea blends to small keepsakes and practical additions like hydration kits.
Prefer to fill them yourself? We’re happy to ship empty bags or boxes — ready to be filled with what you love.

Return Gifts
The last thing your guests carry home from your wedding should not be an afterthought.
We curate return gift boxes filled thoughtful, well-chosen products, beautifully packaged, with a personalised note from you — ranging from home accents and textiles to small, functional objects that fit easily into travel.
No fixed catalogue. No generic choices. Just a box that feels like it was made for your wedding. Because it was
Given at the end of the celebration — or placed at each setting. A gift that shows your gratitude for the people that showed up for your big day.
Inner Circle Gifting
For your closest friends and family, bridesmaids and groomsmen. Gifts that honor their role in your wedding.
Inner circle gifts are a step apart — richer, more considered, more personal. Think handcrafted jewellery, premium pashmina stoles, special sarees, personalised notes that say what you actually mean. We work with you to create something unique.
Whether it’s ten people or fifty, every gift in this tier is built to feel like it was chosen just for them. Because it was.

Sangeet Accessories
Accessories that break the ice. Bangles, Bindis, Dupattas, Glittery hairbands, Scarves and stoles that get tied, twirled, and photographed.
Items that are fun to use and wear.
Everything in this category is sourced in bulk, priced sensibly, and shipped with the rest of your order. No separate coordination.
Fun accessories that turn your guests into participants.
Decor Accessories
Beyond the sangeet, we also source decor elements that bring Indian detail into your venue — subtle pieces that can be woven into tablescapes, corners, and shared spaces.
Ranging from small sculptural pieces to functional accents, woven thoughtfully into the overall setting, so the setting feels layered and complete.
Small details, thoughtfully placed — so everything feels complete.

Timelines (ideal scenario)
16 weeks before wedding
Tell us about your wedding, your guests, and what you’re imagining. We’ll send you a proposal within 48 hours. Nothing is fixed yet — this is a conversation, not a commitment.
12 weeks before wedding
We present options for each gifting moment. You review, respond, and refine. We create a Whatsapp group; share videos and photos of each gift. Nothing moves forward without your approval.
8 weeks before wedding
We place orders with artisans and suppliers across India. Here too, we refine and revise based on supply. Your personalised notes are drafted and signed off; ready for printing.
3 weeks before wedding
Your complete order ships from India as one consolidated consignment. We share tracking details and stay in touch until everything arrives — ideally at least 15 days before your wedding
F.A.Q.
We get asked these a lot.
If your question isn’t here, please email shoba@jodi.gifts
Our standard lead time is 8–12 weeks after your final approval, which means that if you get in touch with us 4 months before your wedding, we can all relax. This allows enough time for curation, approvals, and delivery without rushing. If your wedding is sooner, get in touch anyway — we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.
Our minimum is 100 units per gifting programme. This is because of the way we source, package, and ship internationally — below this number the economics don’t work for either of us.
We ship from India to anywhere in the world — the US, UK, UAE, Europe, and beyond. All orders go as one consolidated shipment to a single address of your choice: your venue, wedding coordinator, or home.
That’s completely fine. Many couples start with a general direction, and we help shape the details from there. Gifts are linked to your identity as a person and a couple. They are linked to values and culture.

Absolutely. We start with a conversation about your story, your guests, and your vision — and curate accordingly. You’re not choosing from a fixed catalogue. In fact, there is no fixed catalogue

Yes. Where time allows, we ship physical samples of chosen products for your approval before we begin full production. Often though, given geographical distance and time constraints, it is a combination of video calls and photos that the clients sign off on. Nothing goes to scale without your sign-off. We share selections, visuals, and pricing for approval at each stage before moving into production.
We handle all export documentation from India. Import duties and customs charges at the destination country are the responsibility of the client — this varies by country and shipment value, and we’ll give you an idea of what this costs, if any, upfront. Often, because of the choice of gifts, there are no customs or import duties.
Our pricing covers everything from the initial consultation through to international shipping to your delivery address — product sourcing, quality checks, packaging, and freight. There are no hidden fees.
Absolutely. We share selections, visuals, and pricing for approval at each stage before moving into production. If we start 6 months before the wedding, we can even share physical samples of chosen products for your approval before we begin full production. Nothing goes to scale without your sign-off.
We package everything carefully for international transit. In the rare case of damage, we ask that you document it photographically within 48 hours of delivery and get in touch. We’ll work with you to find a resolution. One solution we suggest is to order a few more boxes than you need.
Yes, we often work closely with planners to align gifting with the overall design and ensure smooth coordination on-site. We also work with the parents or the siblings of the bride or groom who often, take lead before looping others in.
All gifts are packed and shipped from India to a designated delivery location. Most often it is the home of the bride or groom’s parents, mostly because venues will not store 300 gifts for long and the couple doesn’t want to take a chance for these to arrive in the last minute.
Yes. We plan timelines carefully to ensure your gifts arrive ahead of your events, ready for placement. Our ideal time is for the gifts to be delivered 15 days before the wedding so everyone is at ease. We coordinate timelines and share tracking so everything arrives as planned. Most often, delivery goes to the home of the bride or groom’s parents — venues rarely store 300 gifts for long, and no one wants a last-minute surprise.
Yes. We can create gifting programs across different moments in your celebration, keeping everything consistent and cohesive.
Yes. We design, print, and include personalized notes so each gift feels thoughtful and complete.
Yes. We shape the gifting program based on your budget, while keeping quality and consistency intact. In fact, the second thing that we get to is the budget. The first if the vision of the couple.
We do our best to accommodate changes early on. Once production has begun, options may be limited depending on progress and will usually include additional charges.
We focus on sourcing from India, but the final curation is adapted to your wedding, your guests, and your setting. For example, plain pastel Pashmina stoles are from India but appeal to non-Indian guests also.
Yes. Jodi means couple — and we work with any couple who wants to give their guests a beautiful, considered piece of India. You don’t have to be Indian to love Indian products.
Yes. We design, print, and include personalised notes so each gift feels thoughtful and complete. The note is written by your voice — we just draw out your sentiment and make it beautiful.
Often, it is welcome to farewell. One order included 125 welcome bags to be put into hotel rooms; 300 return gift boxes to be handed to guests at the reception; 50 high-value gifts for groomsmen, bridesmaids, close family and friends; 30 decor accessories such as elephants, peacocks and other decor accessories to be placed as part of the centerpieces; and an entire Sangeet selection including 50 dozen bangles, 50 strips of bindis, glittery hairbands and more.
When the numbers go up, the per unit price goes down. Our per-box prices typically range from $25 to $50 depending on contents and quantity. We work to your budget.”
No — and that’s deliberate. Every order is curated for that couple. We start with a conversation, not a menu.
Yes. Many couples want a higher-tier box for their inner-circle gifting and a standard box for all other guests. We handle both within the same order.
Just your wedding date, guest count, delivery location, and a rough sense of your vision. Everything else we work out together. That said, filling out the form at the bottom of the page is very helpful because it forces you (and us) to refine your vision to the practicalities of gifting.
Yes — international shipping has restrictions, and we know them well. Certain food items like dried coconut, specific liquids, some batteries, and medicines are either prohibited or heavily restricted on international freight routes. This is something we flag early in the process, before you fall in love with anything we can’t ship. We work around these constraints without compromising the quality or feel of the box — there are always good alternatives, and we’ve navigated this enough times to know what works.
Handcrafted items that travel well and feel genuinely Indian tend to work best — block-printed textiles, brass or marble home accents, South Indian coffee sets, spice boxes, and Channapatna lacquerware. We curate based on your guests, your setting, and your story, not from a fixed list.
Completely fine. Many couples start with a general direction, and we help shape the details from there. Gifts are linked to your identity as a person and a couple — to values and culture. The first thing we do is understand your vision. The second is work within your budget.
